The US Drug Enforcement agency (D.E.A.) is coordinating , with the Hanover Police Department and the Hanover Board of Health, a nationwide one day event to take back unwanted medications on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Hanover Senior Center, 665 Center St, Hanover, between the hours of 10AM and 2PM.

August 2011, Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department has contracted with Emergency Communication Network to license its CodeRED high speed notification solution. This will be for Emergency Notification calls.

CodeRED will quicky deliver targeted messages throughout the county.It gives the ability for users to enter their own phone number into the systems database.
