HANOVER POLICE DEPARTMENT AND CHIEF PAUL R. HAYES ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE CITIZENS POLICE ACADEMY Future Classes Dates - TBA. Classes are taught by Hanover Police Officers and cover a wide range of subjects: Constitutional and State Laws, Firearms, Patrol Procedure, Domestic Violence, Detective Investigations, Drugs in our Community and Use of Force. There will also be a tour of the Plymouth County House of Corrections, ride-a-longs with a police officer in a marked cruiser, and a day spent at the Hanover Police Firing Range. Applications will be available at the Hanover Police Station, the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall and the Library. You must be 18 or older to apply.
