What is Project Outreach?

Project Outreach is a collaboration of Public Safety Agencies and Healthcare Providers created to respond to the ever growing number of opiate overdoses by conducting follow-up visits within 12-24 hours after an overdose.  The program is not limited to those addicted to opiates, it is for everyone impacted by addiction.

Please visit projectoutreachplymouth.com for more information.

Below are forms that can be filled out and submitted to the Office of the Clerk Magistrate at the Hingham District Court or any District Court whose jurisdiction where you may reside.  These documents will be reviewed by a Judge and Medical Clinician who will determine a course of action and will in most cases issue a Court Order for an individual to be committed for Court Ordered Treatment for a specific period of time.  This can be done without the services of an attorney.

This years theme will be #fillthecruiser. Members of all three organization will be at the mall from 3pm to 9pm accepting new unwrapped presents to be donated to children in need. Uniformed members of the police and fire departments will be located inside the mall outside of Walmart.

Please stop by and drop off a toy for a good cause. For more information visit our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/HanoverPoliceDepartment or give us a follow on Twitter @HanoverPolice. We look forward to seeing you for a great cause.
